Privacy notice.
Who processes your data
The data controller is ERS S.r.l., registered office Via Ugo Antonio Amico 22, 90134 Palermo, Italy, VAT number 07311200823, certified email ers.srl@arubapec.it.
For anything concerning your data, write to info@pirreraoasis.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us yourself, by filling in the stay request form: name, email address, phone number, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, and any message you write.
Nothing else. This site uses no traffic analytics, does not profile visitors, and loads no resources from third-party domains.
Why we process it
To answer your request and give you the information and quote you asked for. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We will not use your address to send you marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request and, if the stay is confirmed, for the period required by contractual, accounting and tax obligations. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twenty-four months.
Who else sees it
Two technical suppliers, acting as data processors:
- Netlify, Inc., based in the United States, which hosts the site, receives form submissions and stores them in its own dashboard.
- Google Ireland Ltd., through the mail service that receives the notification of each new request.
Both involve a transfer of data to the United States, carried out on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your data is never sold, rented or disclosed to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to the processing. These are the rights set out in articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation.
To exercise them, write to info@pirreraoasis.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, garanteprivacy.it, or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
Changes
If anything changes in the way we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the bottom.
