How do I get to Pirrera?
By hydrofoil from Trapani, a thirty minute crossing. Trapani Birgi airport (TPS) is thirty minutes from the port, Palermo Punta Raisi (PMO) one hour and forty. From May to October there are direct flights from central and northern Europe. We arrange the transfer to and from the property: just ask when you write.
How far is Pirrera from the sea and from the town?
The quarry lies in the north-east of the island, about three kilometres from the centre of Favignana and three hundred metres from Scalo Cavallo. Cala Rossa is about one kilometre away.
How many people does each house sleep?
The six houses sleep from two to four guests. Cala Grande and Lo Scivolo sleep two, Lido Burrone three, Pirreca, Pozzo and Prèveto four. Interior areas range from 28 to 43 square metres, and every house has its own private outdoor space.
Do the houses have a kitchen?
Yes, all of them. Induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher in every house, plus heating and cooling, Wi-Fi and a safe. On request we can have your groceries waiting when you arrive.
How do I book? Is there an online booking engine?
Yes. On the booking page you choose your dates and the number of guests and you see which houses are free, with the rate for that period, and you book directly. For a particular request, such as several houses for the same group or an arrival out of season, the form on this page is still there: we reply within twenty-four hours.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, on the quarry floor, on the wooden deck enclosed by the calcarenite walls. Beside it is the lawn, and higher up the panoramic terrace, from which you can see Levanzo, Marettimo and, on clear days, the coast of Trapani.
