Who processes your data
The data controller is Egadi Residential Services S.r.l., registered office Via Ugo Antonio Amico 22/A, 90134 Palermo, Italy, tax code and VAT number 07311200823, registered with the Palermo Companies Register, REA no. PA-450801, certified email ers.srl@arubapec.it.

What we collect
Only what you give us yourself, and at two distinct moments.
When you write to us from the form on the contact page: name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
When you book from the booking page: your dates, the number of guests and the details you enter into the booking engine to complete the booking. That path is run by Bedzzle, by Zucchetti Hospitality, which processes them on our behalf as a data processor.
Nothing else. This site uses no traffic analytics and does not profile visitors. The only resource loaded from an external domain is the booking engine, and only on the booking page: the detail is in the cookie policy.
Why we process it
To answer your question, and to handle the booking and the stay that follows. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We will not use your address to send you marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request and, if the stay is confirmed, for the period required by contractual, accounting and tax obligations. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twenty-four months.
Who else sees it
Three technical suppliers, acting as data processors:
- Netlify, Inc., based in the United States, which hosts the site, receives form submissions and stores them in its own dashboard.
- Proton AG, based in Switzerland, which runs the mailbox your messages arrive in and our replies go out from.
- Zucchetti Hospitality, based in Italy, which provides the Bedzzle booking engine and processes booking data on our behalf.
The contact page embeds a map by Google Ireland Ltd., which loads with the page. Google receives your connection data, including your IP address, as an independent controller: it processes them for its own purposes, not on our behalf, and we have no way to limit that use. This happens on that page only. The detail is in the cookie policy.
Only the first involves a transfer of data to the United States, carried out on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection, so no additional safeguard is needed for Proton. Zucchetti processes the data inside the European Union.
Your data is never sold, rented or disclosed to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to the processing. These are the rights set out in articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation.
To exercise them, write to info@pirreraoasis.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, garanteprivacy.it, or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

If anything changes in the way we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the bottom.
